Whats the difference?

Obviously i would persume the book is larger and would contain more workouts/info perhaps or is the app just as useful?...Just wondering what are peoples experiences with this, its not the price that bothers me but im interested in corporating some bodyweight exercises into my exercise routine and I was going to download this app to start off with. :)

If you're female- you may prefer the new book by same author- Body by You.

I have just the app. It has video.
After reading ABOUT the book, i skipped the book. It sounds like so-so diet advice and indoctrination.

Just get the app. It has what a person needs to workout. As mentioned, the rest is motherhood.

Get the app. It perfectly times the workouts. And you are easily able to use the planned programs or set your own workouts. I've got the book but I don't often flip thru it anymore because all the descrptions are in the app anyway.
