How do you log Piyo in MFP?

I'm just starting this workout. I did lower body today and I don't know how to log it in. Any ideas?

    It's like high intensity yoga, right? I'd probably log it as yoga, vinyasa. If there is a lot of strength training included, maybe log circuit training (or half of each) and make a note of what you did.
