New and motivated

Hey all!

I'm new to MFP and looking for inspiration/motivation from others attempting to lose a substantial amount of weight. I am looking to lose 100 lbs.

I'm off to a great start with tracking and exercise: have logged my food for 9 days straight now and have exercised 5 days a week for the past 2 weeks. I have decided to refrain from weighing myself until I am well established and consistent in this new routine. In the past I have gotten discouraged by the number on the scale not matching the effort I'm putting in, hence for the time being I'd rather concentrate on the positive effects on the way I'm feeling than the number on the scale! :smile:

Looking for friends to keep me motivated, and also looking to motivate others. Support is key to success in my books!
