Good evening everyone! Ok so I'm mos'definitely new to this app and been working on losing weight trying to be and stay active. Started with a weight of 368 back in January of 2014. Starting walking changing my eating habits and now walking a little over 10,000 steps a day.... Thankfully I am now weighing in at 301.8, goal is to get my weight down to a healthy 260!!
