Hi FitnessPal peeps,
New to this but loving it. Seems to be keeping me on track and I'm enjoying how I can log and view everything I do including the steps I take per day. Here to change my lifestyle for the better with a mixture of clean eating (no refined sugars and low carbs/none) and 5/week exercise (PT sessions at the gym, boxing classes (circuit and sparring), walk/runs etc. Type 1 diabetic, just trying to limit my insulin intake through healthy choices. Keen to shred 7-10kg and keep it off!
