I used this site when it first came out years ago. It helped me go from 270lbs, down to 180lbs but a freak accident left me with a broken back. I feel for past couple years I haven't been able to to get back to where I was. I was at 13% bodyfat and I could run 3 miles in 22 minutes. I want to be able to get back to that and even better then before. In one years time from now I plan a trip to Greece and want to be in the best shape physically and mentally as possible. I look forward to making some friends and help motivate them when possible. That starts now!

You will get back to were you were! Sorry about the accident and glad you are recovered. If you like you can send me a friend request. Welcome back!!0

Do it . . . but start off slowly. The fitness will likely come back. Just don't sabotage your progress by rushing. Also, have a blast doing it.0

Good luck to you!0
