Calories

Hi everybody I would ask u if I eat after 12 am in which means the next day do these calories concern the same day or the next day ?

    Generally, I log until I go to bed for the "night". I did that when I was working backshift too.

    Just pick one way and be consistant.

    Up to you, really. Your body doesn't reset at midnight. Just pick whichever works best for you and stick to that.

    I routinely stay up late, and just keep logging on the same day between rising & bedtime, closing the day before I go to bed. New day starts next time I get out of bed. (I don't routinely eat in the middle of the night, but if I did I'd find that easier to log the next day so I'm not mucking with technology in a sleep-fog.)

    But, as rankinsect said, it really doesn't matter. Just pick one, and be fairly consistent. Your body's in continuous operation; it doesn't care about day-boundaries when it comes to calories - a little extra one day can balance out against a little less the next. Just handle the logging the way that's easiest for you.
