COME ON! Do not give up now. You have already started this, so why not finish it. I have come to know that before one can even begin to think about losing weight, they have to love their body. Every single imperfection, needs attention. If that means you have to stand in the mirror everyday and tell yourself "I'm beautiful" by all means do it. Positivity is key. I used to wake up every morning and point out one thing I loved about my body until I couldn't anymore. Once you have found that inner beauty, the outside will begin to show. Working out can be tough sometimes. I mean lets be honest here, some days you are so sore and don't feel like going. Trust me, GO TO THE GYM, you will feel so refreshed after. The point of this rant is to basically say, when you feel like giving up, don't. When you're tired and you feel like you can't do it anymore, push yourself and do 1 more rep. When you look back and you are still going strong, your body will thank you.

I'm not on great terms with my body, hence i want to change it. liking it a bit more now i've lost a bit of weight, liking it a lot more when it proves to me i can run further than i thought i could. it's a relationship in counselling lol.1
