Fitness journey so far....

I'm Ellie! I'm 4ft10..

My fitness journey started on the 19 July weighing at 52kg. I wanted to make a change, didn't like the way I was feeling so game was on! I contacted my PT and ask him what was the best way to lose weight?!

He has put me on a controlled calorie diet, which means I'm only able to eat 1450 a day.

The first two days of my diet was brutal! Always hungry! And stressing over what meals I was going to eat.

But I pushed through it and I use MyFitnessPal to keep an eye on my calories I consume each meal time.

Each week my PT weighs me and I'm currently weighing 49.7kg.

My goal is to reach 48kg.

I'm so proud of how far I've come, and that I've managed to stick and something.

It's not been easy! But I know at the end of it all it would of been completely worth it!

So just thought I would share my stories.
