Hello, new(ish)! Trying to lose only a few

Hello all,
I'm Meghan. I've been on here before (a few years ago) and am back as I have gained a few pounds on vacation and want to lose them again. Hoping to find some friends for support and motivation!

    What are you doing to help yourself reach your goals? Fewer calories? Exercising? Running? Biking? Other? Just curious.

    I plan on really counting my calories and eating more vegetables and proteins and limiting my carbohydrates. I also plan on working out a lot more as well through running, walking, biking.

    @RainaProske, I do like it so far. I'm sure I'll be a little scared with seeing my calories today as I'm not wanting to go over at all.
