Needing motivation and support

Hey everyone,
I'm somewhat new here (was on here years ago) and am needing some support and motivation for weight loss and looking for buddies on here to help keep me accountable. Any wise words for me when I start my diet tomorrow?

    Just remember: Dieting is not a piece of cake!

    You/we can do this and just remember why you're doing it. There will be some bad days/plateaus etc but focusing on your goals and using the support of friends/forums here and we will get through those. [p.s. Feel free to add me]

    Set realistic goals. Measure and log everything. You will lose weight slow at first but after you get into it and dial in your nutrition, you'll see awesome results.

    Just think of it as a lifestyle it's what you will be doing the rest of your life to be healthy and fit #staystrong

    Remember to incorporate snacks and try not to eat 2-3 hours before bed.
