Having a rubbish week but trying to stay focused and positive

Last week I made a post saying I'd hit my first milestone and lost my first stone (14lbs)
I've had a rubbish week with my food so far, I always knew I was going to struggle this week and I jumped on the scales and I've gained a few lbs.

Now normally after a few rubbish days I would end up slipping back into old habits but this time I am thinking that I have done so well in such a small space of time what does it matter if I fall off the horse and eat like an animal for a few days, I've just gotta get back on the horse and get started again.

Rome wasn't built in a day after all.
