The vertical red lines on my chart for average weight indicate the day that I had started taking anastrazole, the drug I'm on to try to prevent cancer recurrence (day 355) and the days of my bout with what was likely E. coli (days 580-581). More on the shifts in my weight trends around those events is in my 630-day update.

Here's how my 32 30-day maintenance periods compare:

My thirty-second 30 days looked like this:

Weight: I had reached my goal weight of 150 lbs. on Dec. 17, 2013. According to MFP, that would place my net calories at 1600 for maintenance.

Between days 931 and 960 inclusive my weight averaged 149.6 for the third consecutive 30-day period and ranged from 148 to 151.

Exercise Calories Burned: I took 0 rest days during maintenance days 931-960. My average exercise calories burned for this period equaled 368/day. My highest burn was 420 on July 21 and 22, each representing 60 minutes and 20.5 miles pedaled on my DeskCycle.

On July 9 I passed the 21,000-mile mark (since Sept. 1, 2012) in my Virtual Ride Around the Equator. That places me at the longitude of River Cess, Liberia.

Total and Net Calories Consumed: Total calories for maintenance days 931-960 averaged 1823/day and ranged from 1442 (July 7, the first of three days that our A/C was on the fritz) to 2252 (July 19). Net calories (total calories minus exercise calories burned) averaged 1455/day (91% of maintenance) and ranged from 1114 to 1845 (same respective dates).

My "quickie" art pieces (daily riffs on a photo taken with my tablet, using ArtRage for Android) continue. As we dealt with a broken A/C during the heat of summer, I spent about an hour with a shot of my table fan:

Here I model broken A/C couture, including a wet towel capelet and a top-of-the-head ponytail (still with chemo curls!):

An hour's play turned that into this:

This is what conditions in my studio were like, which explains my low caloric intake on July 7:

Here I spent about a half hour with my shot of a parking lot wall:
