Back after lumbar fusion to lose this weight!

Looking for friends to help keep me motivated! Had a 2lvl lumbar fusion with screws and plates an a cage last year and gained a ton of weight! Now trying to get my life back!

Hi Michelle. I had a three level fusion in January and a decompression surgery on two levels two weeks ago. I've gained twenty pounds and lost so much tone. This is not going to be easy. I just logged back in today after a couple of attempts this year. I still have pain from the latest surgery, but I can walk...I just need to control my binge eating...
