Powerade zero

Supposedly diet drinks are worse than regular. I love the taste of powerades zero, and the zero calorie factor is somewhat appealing (not gonna lie.). Is Powerade zero a bad thing to drink/diet drinks in general when trying to lose body fat? I've seen YouTube videos of body building ladies drinking it...doesn't make it right but they sure look good. Let me know your opinion.

Can't speak for Powerade zero, but I drink Coke Zero/Coke Cherry Zero on a daily basis... usually at least 2 cans or 1 bottle and a can... and I've lost almost 180lbs.4

I drink coke zero fairly often, diet drinks are fine, if you don't mine consuming lots of dihydrogen monoxide.1

Got to watch out for that dihydrogen monoxide. Side effects can include:
Death due to accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in small quantities.
Prolonged exposure to solid DHMO causes severe tissue damage.
Excessive ingestion produces a number of unpleasant though not typically life-threatening side-effects.
DHMO is a major component of acid rain.
Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns.
Leads to corrosion and oxidation of many metals.
Contamination of electrical systems often causes short-circuits.
Exposure decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes.
Found in biopsies of pre-cancerous tumors and lesions.1 -
I get cranky when I get handed a Powerade zero at the end of a race .... What's the point in having an "energy" drink with zero energy?? And it tastes horrible to me.
But hey, if you like the taste, go for it.0 -
I've had some after drinking too much alcohol. It's not bad for you, but the taste, oh God the taste. I drink lots of diet drinks but Powerade Zero is the only one that makes me want to hurl. I tried Grape and Fruit Punch. Blargh.... But you already said you like it, so live it up.1

100% of people who have died have consumed DHMO2 -

Not meaning to be facetious, but it's quite funny how you could replace "DHMO" with "Water" in all of these statements and they'd still be mostly true!0 -
Here in Florida it's HOT so I'll drink Powerade Zero if I've been outside and have sweated a lot.Everything in moderation.1

Power Ade over a diet soda any day of the week (I drink no soda at all).
My favorite Powerade is Ion4 Mountain Berry Blast
Gatorade G2 (low calorie) is an alternative for hydration and electrolytes for me as well. .1
