Does anyone have any good sources/links to any low impact HIIT videos (YouTube or otherwise) or know where I can locate some? Everything I find it all high impact. Thank you in advance. :)

Get on a bike, and ride up and down a hill. Go up at race pace, soft pedal down. Rinse and repeat.

Rowers are excellent - I like to go 30 second sprints and 1 to 2 minute normal speed (repeat ~6-8 times). Also if you gym has a prowler/weighted sled, those are excellent. You can see these only have an eccentric portion (the lengthening of the muscles) without the concentric (shortening of the muscles). i.e. you push off aggressively, but don't have to land anywhere with intensity like hill sprints.

Also biking is good, especially with changing intensities if you are on a stationary, hills if you are outside. If you are well versed with kettlebell movements, those can be good too (swings till you can't anymore!) but if you are not, it will only cause you back issues.

You can do equipment free HIIT like burpies, mountain climbers, spider mans, jumping jacks, jump rope as well.
