Calling all runners

I have recently taken up running but my head phones suck with running. Always falling out. I want a good pair of headphones that sound well I hate poor quality and low volume and I need them to stay put. Recommendations please and thank you

I just bought Bose ear buds. I love them and they stay put through my running, skipping, burpees....etc!!

I considered the wireless ones, but I think more can go wrong with them. These sound amazing and I usually just put them under my shirt so the wire doesn't bug me.
