I was in great shape a few years ago! Excercising, eating right. Since then I've had another baby and I'm working to get the weight off and back where I was. I currently weigh 180lbs. At my lowest I weighed about 165lbs and felt GREAT! I feel like I'm doing the same things, but the weight just isnt coming off.
Here's what I'm doing: Since its summer and still crazy hot, I do workout videos at home by Jessica Smith (usually 30mins) 3 times a week, atleast. And yoga twice a week. I'm counting calories and dont eat back my exercise calories. And I drink lots of water.
Should I being doing anything different? Any tips?
