It's not starting over.. it's evolving!

I started here hardcore calorie counting. It was a stressful process, and I constantly binged and hated myself and continued the binge and finally realized that food policing was making me gain more weight and feel worse.

So I took some time off.

I started my diet by just trying to eat less, and watching what I did eat. Not a calorie was counted, besides maybe counting out servings of a food, or not eating something I knew was 800+ calories, avoiding candy, etc.

Now I'm ready to start logging and making even smarter choices! I'm logging everything I'm eating today, and for the next few days, and making some skinnytaste recipes for dinner for me and my partner (baked zucchini sticks, and tomato tuna melts!)

Anyway, anyone who wants to join me as my diet slowly evolves, I'll keep a public diary and would love to provide support to others wherever I can!

Be my friend.
