Hello

Hi I am just plugging away at life. I goto the gym on my lunch at work everyday for 30 minutes but I go hardcore on the elliptical. I average about 24 calories a minute on a elliptical. I have started weight lifting. I just want to get into shape for my lovely wife. I also have seen my father almost die of a heart attack. I don't want to be fat anymore or die of diabetes complications at 56.

Everyday I eat carrots and spinach for a snack at work. My job is a mixture of office and some labour so I am l7cky in that aspect

My goal is 185 pounds by February.

I do cheat on meals sometimes but I will try and burn it off somehow. Every Saturday after work I burn 1000 calories and lift weights
