Has anyone tried any food services that do meal prep for you? I am super busy and its very hard to meal prep with my schedule. Has anyone tried any services and what did you think?

My boyfriend is a chef who works for a company who does this. When they had a "fit meal" contract I started getting the lunches for days I commute. It was very convenient and made getting proper nutrition within my calorie goal easy. I miss it but they stopped doing the packaged single meals.
