Not Starting over, but starting more determined

I've been making progress since I first started dillegintly logging and recording in my fitness pal, as well as another fitness app for my workouts. I started at 135lbs and am now at 130lbs. I recently have hit the dreaded wall. My motivation is slipping and I just can't grasp and feel the determination of why I started this fitness journey. I know I can do better than log one day and not the next. I know I am better than putting half my effort in. So, starting today I am determined to give this journey my all. I will succeed with my fitness goals. And do what I can to not only inspire myself with what I can do when I put my mind to my goals. But hopefully inspire others to see that it is possible to obtain YOUR goals. No matter how slow the process, or how hard it may get. I will climb over this wall that is made up of zero motivation. Because my reality is to succeed, not to give half my effort and wait for motivation to come to me. I will CREATE my own motivation. Patience and consistent action will be the driving force to continue.

What's you're height for that weight of 130 if I can ask? Also are you doing resistance training while losing?

I'm 5'3" and I have a muscular build. I did gymnastics for 12 years. I do a combo of cardio/abs in the morning and than weight training (various arm day splits and leg/hamstring work) for the second part of my workouts later on in the day

Sounds like you're in a healthy range for your body type, but I also appreciate self-motivation and personal goals. I wish you luck on the balance of your quest.

How far do you have to go, like, a pound, a half pound? You look super fit, I'm sure you will be at your goal in no time
