Recipes

Anybody want to share some of their recipes or healthy food they eat? I love chicken so anyone with good chicken recipes will greatly appreciate it..

    I like getting fresh fruits and blend them with crushed ice. If it gets too thick, add some juice.

    It's too hard to eat a lot of hard fruits.

    Drinking blended fruits is very easy and enjoyable during a meal. :)

    I made a great meal just the other night. I cut up two chicken breasts and dumped them into a large bowl. Added chopped broccoli, chopped mushrooms, and cut up zucchini. (You could add anything - I am limited since my husband doesn't like many veggies. Mixed it all together with some olive oil and a packet of Italian seasoning (dressing mix). Roasted in a 500 degree oven for about 20 min, stirring halfway through. So good and filing!!
