PCOS and weight loss support/motivation

I've had PCOS since my early teens and losing weight has always been a huge struggle. The only time weight loss was successful was when I was very restrictive with my eating, which ultimately resulted in a battle with bulimia. I want to lose a bit of weight but just to be healthy- I don't want to be unhappy and have unhealthy behaviors. I just find with PCOS it's so hard to lose weight. Looking for tips/support/advice from those going through the same issues without being too restrictive in the diet department. Thanks :)
