Being lazy. My daughter and her friends giggled till 4am. I'm too tired to do anything. She had fun though, that's all that matters.

Working. Waiting on my 6th zoom call for the day. 😣

I feel you. Been there, did that, then said neigh neigh moose breath, I'm done. My time is more important.

Edit- I should clarify, I'm a workaholic and work weekends too. I just selectivity disregard calls that interfere with my personal life.

Neigh neigh moose breath made me LMAO. Its a working day for me so I shouldn't complain. I'm just not an "on camera" girl so I find them exhausting. Now waiting on my 7th and then I can get back to my regularly scheduled work day. 🤣

Booo, so you're not able to make it to the party :-( I'll have fun for the both of us. Deuces everyone, check ya later in the pool, playing corn hole, or after the fireworks.

Giggle, you said *corn hole* 😂

So, I’ve just started the gallon of
Water challenge. But like not super strict just drinking as much water as I can in a day.
It’s been three days. Normally I drink a lot of coke. It’s been a difficult transition I’ve been working on to just quit all together. Anyways, now I just drink water. ALL DAY.

When we made our move to the country we did in-depth investigation to make sure that the well was functional and that it didn’t have dry periods. Many of my neighbors run dry in late summer. It’s been eight years and so far we have never run dry but we also took the precaution of putting in two giant holding tanks that are on a timer as well as a purification system. It ate up the entire budget and that’s why I live with bathrooms and a kitchen that I can’t afford to redo. The system also requires knowledgeable maintenance. I’m sure there are simpler ways, but this is what I’m familiar with.

The septic is important and expensive too. Ours needs to be pumped regularly and between pumps the baffle sometimes needs hosing. I often wish for a tree bog. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treebog

ETA: I just reread and it sounds pessimistic. I truly believe it has been good for my family to be here. Worth it. I think.
