You know i usually go to Quebec City twice a year....minus this nonsense year....Old Quebec is one of my favorite places to visit. You must meet me there when this pandemic is history and wr can dress up and take all kinds of pics!6 -

- Pondering a strategy to get myself back on track for the start of 2021 and ways I can take care of myself
- Pondering how to combat giving up on myself all the time
- Looking at dietary strategies for my family (I am not the only one who needs to "lose a few" or get in better shape). We also want to make sure our son has a sound dietary catalogue to build upon for when he gets to our age so that maybe these things aren't so hard for him.
