    I took 3 days off from eating properly and exercising. Back on it today.

    I'm sitting here in my chair after walking my 3 miles in the morning, don't know what I'm feeling. It was hard doing those laps! Almost everyone passed me on this 1/2 mile track.

    I guess those probably 20,000 calories did it to me.

    Goes to show me to never do that again.
