Had an argument/disagreement with my almost 18 year old son who thinks he knows everything and likes at times to spat things out that he can't maintain. I.E., I'll start buying my own food, etc.
So I'm sitting in my room and he's in my other room ( his bedroom) with our doors shut. His saviour mom is still at work. She'll come home and try to be neutral.

Hit 9x a few weeks ago, but fell to 7x last week...
Dumbell curls 60lbs/ea... 😉😉...
Yeah I'm bragging a bit and I know there's people on here who can blow that away.
But not bad for a 180lb guy who use to weigh over 333lbs...4 -
