    Putting away groceries for my sister's birthday dinner. Baking a Keto carrot cake base with cheesecake topping ... Almond flour is through the roof in price this week. Attempting a sheet cake size ... OMG! 😛😱 Bought ingredients for a ketocentric ice cream ... Garhhhhh! Keto chunky chocolate chip cookies 😋 Gotta get organized. Butternut squash looked super good plus baby asparagus. Might make a cauli- mash too. Haven't quite decided on the prep method. It's bought. It will get roasted most likely.

    Less frazzled now that my list is all bought and under budget with my sister pitching in.

    She threw a cup and glared at me cuz I said no juice. She is 2. I worked VERY HARD to keep from laughing. Its a constant struggle..... I adore her. <3<3
