    WTH? I filled out a form I've filled out probably 1,000 times before (if you knew us, you'd know why :)) and boss, who wanted a copy for a certain client, says it's wrong. It's not. It's pretty consistent from one person to another. He says the reasonable cause is lame. I said it works (and no one's cared as long as it works until now). He says he has a better ruling to cite. I gave up then. It's been the same ruling for yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeears.

    AND the client emailed me saying boss said it was wrong and talk to him. Which was what sent me over my irkdom and here.
