    After another night of not being able to sleep much I’m starting my day off with a big ol’ jar of pineapple kombucha, a blond and sweet coffee (extra strong), and a stacker energy pill.

    That should get me going.

    I hate taking sleeping meds but when I’m feeling off two things happen…. I don’t get hungry so I forget to eat and I can’t sleep. Days and days of this. It can really begin to suck.

    Appreciating the way the house is finally cooling off after a very steamy day. I will have to wash my hair tomorrow morning. (It's hip length so I don't wash it at night because there isn't time for it to dry before bed.)
