I've never had an issue baking my chicken a week in advance. Anything over that I freeze.
I'm a bit paranoid I guess0 -
Ok with this meal prep...what if you don't feel like chicken 5 days from now?
perhaps I'm too picky0 -
All you people drinking are making me jealous0

It's just easier for me with working full time. I don't have time and I'm too tired to cook at night. I'm used to eating the same thing every day. Weekends I'll change it up a little.
I cant even serve my husband leftovers. Cooking at my house is like a full time job0 -

this is me.. except I make chicken for 3 -4 nights and alternate another meal in between.
It keeps me out of the kitchen every day.. Weekends are up for grabs as far as what we eat.

I'd die if I had to cook everyday. Get home from work about 5:30, maybe would be possible if things were prepped beforehand. I only prep lunches. Dinner is leftovers or something that won't be ready till 7.0 -
Even when I worked I'd make a different meal every night
I did consider though becoming a chef. It's something I like to do so I'm happy to get creative but sometimes I just get tired of thinking of original dishes0 -
