    Just finished a beautiful autumn walk. Only 2.5 miles - there's housework waiting for me inside. Stopped at the tree swing to enjoy the view for a few more minutes.

    I am required to see my Dr every 3mos in order to get a refill on a medication.
    So I’m off to the Dr’s office to expose my healthy self to sick people just so I can get a refill.
    I find the system counterproductive and the idiocy of it pisses me off.
