    Making my auburn hair.....literally😁🤷

Wish I could say it's just because I like the color.....🙄

How did "the making" of your auburn turn out? The colour auburn isn't drabby at all. Far from it.

Trying to decide what to eat.

Haven't yet checked your Food Diary Sparkles, but I sure hope you were happy with all that you'd had yesterday.

Taking a break from my Sunday AM home-locked to-dos, hydrating and watching Mark Wahlberg's typical morning routine via James Cordon, whose clearly distressed :D ... Too early for him the poor man.

    https://youtu.be/lzQyH-nX0u0

    Wahlberg's typical daily schedule:
    • 2.30am Wake up
    • 2.45am Prayer time
    • 3.15am Breakfast
    • 3.40am - 5.15am Workout
    • 5.30am Post workout meal
    • 6.00am Shower
    • 7.30am Golf
    • 8.00am Snack
    • 9.30am Cryo chamber recovery
    • 10.30am Snack
    • 11.00 am - 1.00pm Family time/Meetings/Work calls
    • 1.00pm Lunch
    • 2.00pm Meetings/Work calls
    • 3.00pm Pick up children@school
    • 3.30pm Snack
    • 4.00pm Workout
    • 5.00pm Shower
    • 5.30pm Dinner/Family time
    • 7.30pm Sleep time

Comparing it to my sister @777Gemma888 and I's schedule, the AM is similar, however our PM hours are extended, sleeping a lot later than we're clearly supposed to, not that we don't know that ... But seeing someone else's daily like this, punctuates why it is, we prioritise securing naptime sometime within the week and at least one sleep-in AM.

    My schedule...

315p- Wake up, tea or bang, stretch
    345p- Cardio, stretch
    445p- Shower, groom
    530p- Family, dinner, tea
    730p- Snack, family
    915p- Head to work
    1030p- Shake
    2a- Lunch
    6a- Head home
    650a- Lift
815a- Shake, walk kid to school
845a- Shower, meal plan, be exhausted lol
    915a- Sleep

This is my typical day and night, usually there's a day in the I skip the cardio and a different day I skip the lifting, typically on my days of which I'll use to clean, grocery shop, kids soccer, or whatever...

:D:D:D ... Saw what you did right there ;) Boom! A good start.

It's been a Wahlberg weekend. Watched 22 last night before bed, and now this video. Thanks sis. 😘

I WISH @ bed by 7.30pm. As I read through his schedule, I'd thought, "Oh God, he is like mum!" .... Then I realised, with tweaks, " I am like this ... Just like our mum."

Perky energy balls .... Before dusk 'til after dawn.

    My day is:

    wake up
    go to work
    come home
    is there something on hulu?
    eat
    text a cute guy
    sleep

(there is more eating in between, but I just weave it in between everything else)

Your day looks great. So do you get your workout in before you get home after work? That's just super!

*Zeroing in on 2nd last from the bottom of list* Now I see why you can't bed down early enough when you're tuckered out .... ;) Gurrrrrrrrrl lol

Holy Funky Bunch Mia sorella!!! 😘

    I wish I had your structure...and wahlbergs mullah!😁

He's my home boy and grew up 20 miles away from me....and I may or may not have thought his abs were the best thing since sliced bread when he modeled for Calvin....but daaaayum!

You and Gem are so dedicated and have such interesting lives you must really need to stay on routine bless your motivated and beautiful hearts!!

My schedule would be more like......we nevermind just seeing it would remind.me how whacked it is😒lol

Hugs and ❤ mi cara sorella!!!😍🌺🙋

Preziosa ... Good morning mia bella sorella! Reassuring isn't it? Seeing that we aren't alone with crazy-early schedules.

I'm quite a fan of Wahlberg's movies ... I rarely loathe one production he's been in since the very beginning, much like Matt Damon's. He and Affleck we'd seen a few times around NYC during their earliest of early days, only just becoming stars then. Your home boys are something else. Good men, polite. ETA: Affleck's movie "Argo" I'd enjoyed very much; Relatability, just not as extreme *Knock on wood*
