What should my NET calorie be in order to lose weight?

My BMR is 1433 calories a day and I am 5ft 4 and 126-130lbs
I workout EVERY DAY (45mins - 1 hr) and I eat clean 6 days a week. However, 5 out of the 7 days I just do pilates (burns about 250-300 calories for me) and the other 2 days I do cardio (treadmill; burns 400-500 calories).
I am trying to lose weight and I am struggling with this concept of NET calories. Would someone please tell me how much my NET calorie should be to LOSE WEIGHT (1-2lbs a week). I've been netting 1500 calories (just been off my 600 calories NET diet) but I think that's too high because other people are netting at 1200 calories?
Help would be very appreciated!

So if you passed a cliff and other people happened to be jumping off would you think you need to also? You're not other people. You are you.
Keep up the good work that you're currently doing.0 -

If you want to use MFP the way it is intended, then your net calories should be at or close to your daily goal at the end of the day.
Your daily goal has a deficit built into it already. Meaning eat to goal every day, do zero exercise, and you'll lose weight. When you exercise and burn off cals, you're creating a much larger deficit, too large, and that can hinder rather than help your progress in the long run. That's why MFP adds the exercise cals back into your daily goal.
Personally, I aim to never net below my BMR, preferably a few hundred calories above it. It's rarely a problem. :drinker:0
