Help: Cutting Out All that is Good in this World.

For medical reasons my doctor asked me to severely cut out carbs and sugar or as I call them LIFE BLOOD!!!
On top of that "how will I live" freak out I have a series of food allergies:
Red Meat (All - Lamb, Cow, Venison)
Mayo
Sulfur Dioxide (the stuff used to dry fruit)
Tomatoes
Cherries
Cucumbers
Avocados
I believe that is it.
Any ideas on what to eat? I've been resisting the change and eating like crap lately but my body has made it abundantly clear that I need to knock it off.
Whole meal suggestions would be delightful. Thanks in advance.

So pork(bacon nom nom) chicken and fish for meat
eggs
cheese
yogurt-use full fat greek to sub mayo in certain recipes as well as sour cream
nuts
For the veggies and fruit that you're allergic to can you eat them if they're cooked. I have an issue with some because like apples and cherries but if they are cooked I am fine.
For lunch today I ate pork carnita tacos with cabbage leaf as a shell. Had sour cream, onions, and a little slice of radish which was a first for me. as well as a few other veggies that I can't remember.
Breakfast I had 3 egg 3 bacon and cheese omelette.
Diner the other day I had tilapia breaded with almond meal/flour, garlic, and parmesian.0 -

What brand Greek Yogurt do you use? every brand I seem to pick up has anywhere from 16+ grams of carbs
Also, cooked they still mess me up good. I figure I'll stick to blueberries and strawberries, maybe ??0 -
Were you tested by a allergist for these Allergies?0
-
Fage total plain whole milk greek yogurt. They have a store finder on their website.
Also found Oikos brand whole milk as well in several places. Both are 9g and I add a few berries if I want more flavor. Also tried cinnamon the other day and that was pretty good too.
Looking at your diary if you swapped out the yogurt you are using for one of those you would likely feel fuller and cut your carbs.
I would also maybe swap triscuits for a slice of cheese or since you can't have cucumber maybe zucchini slices or maybe find a flax seed cracker.
Fruits are typically OK still, as long as you're getting the fiber that goes with them. Some are more sugary then others. No pop-tarts!
My chocolate indulgence is usually 85% dark chocolate. snap a square off of a large bar that they're usually sold in and it holds me over. Has good antioxidents and fats to keep full and only 5g sugar.0 -

Yes. I didn't have the full test run due to lack of $$$ but my doc said I'm probably allergic to a lot more than what's listed.0 -

Yeah I said I've been eating crap the last few days because I have no clue what to eat or where to even start or what to shop for.
Thanks for the list of Yogurts. I'll have to see if I have any of them nearby I was buying the big container of plain, whole fat Greek Gods or something like that but I caved because I'm super lazy and measuring our a half cup, adding honey and berries and then having to wash everything (we don't have a dishwasher) made me buy the little single serves again and I didn't even think to look at how many carbs they had.0 -

starchy complex carbs? like rice, bread, pasta, sweet potatoes... or carbs in general, because unless you just eat protein and fat, all fruits and veggies will have carbs.
She told me to keep my total carbs to less than 50g a day. She said I can have some fruits and veggies but need to limit them ... I'm in the process of getting a second opinion once I finish a round of medications she has me on.0 -
I have a passel of food sensitivities as well, e.g. tomatoes, members of the onion family including garlic, most nuts, chocolate, melons, etc. And yes, as shown by tine test and getting these out of our diet has greatly reduced nighttime GERD.
Cooking is my hobby and I love Italian food so giving up tomatoes and garlic was a real challenge but there are so many other good things to eat and ways to do work arounds. For example, I make a red sauce for pasta that is based on butternut squash, roasted red peppers, marsala wine, mushrooms and oregano. No, it doesn't taste identical to a good tomato sauce but I'm not up at night either.
The web is your friend. There are lots of recipe sites to help with your limits. Just get creative with your searching. For example, by searching for a no onion cuisine I discovered there's a whole religious group, the Jains in India, who do not eat onions for religious reasons. How do they get that nice funky taste? They use a spice called asefoetida. So I got some from amazon and any time a recipes starts with sauteing chopped onions I saute chopped celery with some asefoetida instead.
Feel free to give me a holler if you have any specific questions -- as I said, cooking is my hobby.0 -
That is pretty amazing. Sometimes I feel like the internet s a black hole and one link can send you down another and before you know it several hours are gone and you've learned nothing.0

Based on your limitations, paleo recipes would be a good place to start. There's tons of databases for them, but here's one, organized by meal:
