Crossfit at the Gym and Pet Peeves

On a related post (Gym Etiquette) a few people were complaining about people doing crossfit at the gym because they didn't want to use a piece of equipment that they knew was part of a routine - meaning the crossfitter was in essence monopolizing three machines at once.
I do crossfit in my gym and when I finish using a piece of equipment I move my water and towel away from that machine to signal that it is available, and move on to do my next exercise. If when I come back there is someone on it I'm totally am okay with that. I would never get upset for someone using an open piece of equipment. Duh? I can always skip ahead, back, or do something else that is similar somewhere else.
Don't be a jerk if you do crossfit in the gym, and I don't think many crossfitters are. But also do not assume that if we're doing crossfit in the gym, that we're jerks.
But how does everyone else feel?

I don't mind crossfitters, what I dislike is when they leave their gear to 'save' the piece of equipment.0

I kinda like them there actually....I've gotten new workout ideas by watching them. :flowerforyou:0 -

Pretty much this. If people don't leave stuff to "save" their spot then I have no issue with them, unless they're breaking some other anti-douche rule of the gym, haha.0
