Determining Activity Level

hey, y'all! So I'm back on the bandwagon (again) but I'm using DietBet to keep myself ON this time. I was looking over/fine tuning my goals today and was wondering about activity level. I sit at a desk all day, but try to get up at least once per hour to stretch my legs and socialize (shh). I work out for 30m-1h, 4-6 days per week. Would I be considered sedentary, since I'm a desk jockey, or does the regular exercise take me to light active/active?
Also, feel free to add me.

Because you're up and down during the day, plus your regular workouts, I'd say light activity.0
