Hello
I am a 55 year old male, here to go from 243 lbs down to 180. I am on week 3 of the "Couch to 5K" program. I also do Body weight strength training, posture and stretching exercises, and a lot of Foam rolling and other SMR. I plan to include Tabata workouts in the next two weeks, just to punish myself for gaining all this weight I look forward to meeting some new friends.
