anyone struggled with epstein barr (mono)?

i just found out that this flared up in me again, I had it when I was a competitve swimmer in college. My doctor has me taking Lauricidin and resting alot.

I don't know if this is related but I also have had non-stop yeast infections for a few months. Haha, not something really to talk about it public but driving me nuts. All advice appreciated!

Mono- had it in high school, went to an acupuncturist that helped me a lot and drank peach juice.

For yeast infections- go to the dr. right away, get some medicine or go to the drugstore and buy some over the counter monistat...

Eat lots of plain yogurt, avoid sugar, and make sure clothes are loose fitting around your vaginal area. If you're working out, make sure you are changing your underwear and showering right away.

I have a really high titer for Epstein Barr. I had it about two years ago. This triggered the onset of fibromyalgia for me. I went into remission when I got pregnant and it hasn't come back yet ( baby is 4 months). Just listen to your body. With mono you have to be careful as the spleen is enlarged. No straining, free of accidents etc. I still walked and did other cardio. As far as yeast, start a probiotic. It helps keep the yeast at bay. Good luck!
