I had Chinese the other night. It's not a race, it a lifestyle change. Live your life. Make good choices a majority of the time, that's all that really matters.

I think that's why the 80 20 thing was brought up cause you have to give yourself some kind of allowance maybe next time try making it yourself

Do you eat Chinese every day? If not ,don't sweat it. Relax a bit. It's 1 step at a time. 1 goal at a time. 1 day at a time. Cry if you must, but get back up wipe the tears off and make tomorrow a better a day. We all have bad days, but we get back up and wipe off and hit it hard the next day. The only way you are a quitter is if you don't get back up. So are you going to let 1 bad day make you a quitter or are you going to find that inner strength and wipe yourself off?

You've got this. So go get it. Stop beating yourself up. There's enough in this world to that. So chin up, put a smile on. And push through.

Is there something on the menu there that you'd really enjoy but that wouldn't take you past your calorie limit? Can you budget for something yummy better?

If it makes you feel any better I rocked my diet four days in a row and then last night dinner was six (yup, 6) vodka sodas and scrambled eggs. It's all about balance. ;)

I have Chinese about every two months. I just fit it into my goals. Steamed chicken and broccoli, sauce on the side, and less rice than before.

A cheat meal is absolutely fine! Please don't beat your self up! Forget and move on! Create a new positive attitude. That should get you through it(: Happy thoughts fit-pal! And if your having anymore trouble getting past this, take it out on a work out! Put your jam on and dance around! Awesome stress reliever and distraction from any hunger for me(; hope you'll try this, and that it works for you. If not add me and message(:

Have you ever considered that you are fine just the way you are? What makes you think you are not good enough right now? It saddens me that so many people here place all their value on their weight. And the problem is, because of shame (that they completely ignore or are unaware of) they will never see themselves as good enough. Until the shame is addressed you will never see yourself in a healthy way.

I ate Chinese takeout the other night but kept in proportion. I split the meal meant for one with my partner and it was plenty for both of us. I even had fried wontons and I'm down weight for this week! It's all about being in your calorie means and working off any extra calories! You'll be just fine.
