How long should I wait?

I was wondering if anyone has advice regarding how long I should wait to see results with the calorie level MFP gave me? A few months ago, I set MFP to lose 1 pound a week, and I got a budget around 1800 calories (with no excercise figured into that). I followed the plan for approximately 30 days and didn't lose any weight. So...I reset MFP to lose 1 1/2 pounds a week. I now have a budget of around 1500 calories a day. I have followed it (averaging 1510 calories a day) for another month. Overall, I have gained about 2 pounds or stayed about the same, but not lost any weight. I'm sad. Should I go down to 1200 calories a day for a month? I exercise about 15-45 minutes a day.
