Numb foot while running

Your shoes are probably tied too tightly. Your feet swell a bit when you run.
This! And you might need to go up half a size due to the swelling!0 -
This might sound nuts, but are your shoes tied too tight? I used to get the same feeling and realized that my feet really expand when I take long walks or when I run. I end up with tiny bows on my shoes because I need all of the lace to keep it open. Oh, and I don't have wide feet either. Just a thought.

THIS ... my feet swell when I run, so I do the same thing, but it's a fine balance, as I don't want my foot wiggling around in my shoe too much ...0 -
Start small, as others suggested. Reduce the possibilities.
Shoes.
Laces. (there are also elastic laces you may want to look into if you plan to stick with running?)
Pinched Nerve.
Raynaud's Syndrome. (I have this and it can, at times, cause numbness. Mine is worse when stressed but also when cold.)0
