Insanity Recovery Week Shoutout

For those who are doing insanity or have done it before, etc, during recovery week is it best to do the video each day plus a different workout, or would doing another workout hinder the entire point of recovery week and make month 2 extremely difficult? I haven't looked at the recovery video yet since this is my first time through insanity, but recovery week starts Monday for me and if the workout is anything similar to the Thursday recovery video for Thursday's in month one, I would want to do another circuit training workout or strength training. But would that be too much? I heard that recovery week is the most important week, any feedback?

  • Great being Insane like that it takes a while but the basic traini!ng you can do it!the food is very very important with insanity but i don't suggest calories reduction before you power up,instead anything like supplements are welcomed,aminoacids first!
