2. are you more attracted to fit guys or guys that are bigger (fat, really don't like using that term but it may clear up some confusion)

    I am between the age range 18-28
    To me I can be attracted to guys who has a gut (but not humungous). I can also be attracted to fit guys as well. But to me it just depends on the personality.

    I'm 32. I've always like guys who are tall-ish (taller than me is tall enough, so 5'9" & up) and who have a fairly fit build with maybe some love-handles. I do like a little bit of pudge, aesthetically it's quite pleasant, but the person has to be healthy. It's a fine line to tread.

    IF the answer to this is "yes"...

    then yes guys with a gut can still be quite attractive. I go more for brains and smart-*kitten*....looks are important, too, but a gut is not a horrible thing.

    I like a big guy. Someone who is strong and may be carrying some extra weight. My Fiance is the strongest person ive ever met and he has a great belly that is great to be snuggled up next to.

    here's the thing, we all have different tastes. Period. Someone for everyone and all that jazz. Personally, fit guys are nice to look at, but to be with, I prefer a teddy bear.

    I prefer larger men. 6'0" + and due to the height they tend to be on the larger side 200+

    Although, what I'm attracted to is smiles, butts and whats in their heart so that is priority #1!

    sn - I'm almost 28 and celebrating my 10 year anniversary with my husband, he is 6'2" and 260 lbs (down from 350 though. Love him no matter what.)

    My husband is a bigger guy and let me put it this way:

    An extremely good looking and cut guy from the Navy was hitting on me and assuming we'd hook up...

    I chose my husband over him. Hubby is 6'2" and 220 lbs...and a football player.

    Looks aren't all that matter-especially if the guy is a douche bag.

    Fortunately I got looks AND a great personality in my hubbs.

    Are you at odds with your friends in regard to the opinions of random forum members that happen to see this, and are inclined to respond? Otherwise, this is going to be a very unrepresentative sample of the opinion of "girls" and the "facts" you extrapolate from this will be completely invalid.

    don't think either is more or less attractive then the other. Obviously there's more to consider than just the size of a guys stomach when it comes to attractiveness. However, if two guys looked identical except for the size of they're stomach, i'd pick the one that had just a LITTLE bit extra haha

    Married, but when I was dating I was far more concerned with a guy's personality than his physical attributes. Sense of humor and gentle nature matter way more than muscles.

    My late fiancee was obese...it killed him. As a result, I decided I couldn't go through anything like that again. My b/f is very fit.

    22 and i like changing fat people into fit people. i have a chubby bf i wouldn't mind spending forever with....but if he doesnt make an effort to lose the weight and live healthy things will get rough.
