My new favorite fruit - Santa Claus melon

Picked one up at Whole Foods for $5 and it's so good! The outside looks like a football shaped watermelon while the inside resembles muskmelon, only more white than green. It tastes like a mild cantaloupe only much sweeter and tastier. It's also really juicy.

A 1 cup serving has: Calories: 61, Fat: 0, Cholesterol: 0, Potassium: 500, Sodium: 0, Protein: 1, Vitamin C: 50%
