    Thank you I've a long way to go yet on the weight loss . and I think it's an age thing being able to see . I'm 53 and was brought up in the 60/70 s when sewing was the norm lol

    Tonight? My wife, my Daughter, and myself are going to get Colored Hair Chalk for the Color Run we're doing tomorrow morning. It will be our [my wife and I] Third Color Run, and my daughter's first.

    I just closed my office door to dance to Megan Trainer NO song. Bwahahaha. I guess that is not necessarily interesting, however, it is very FRIDAY and therefore totally acceptable

    Made final arrangements for a conference I'm going to next week. 3 free nights in a 4 star hotel, meals paid for, rental car paid for. Plus I get to stock up on pens. #justsocialworkerthings? Super excited to get away for a few days, even if it is for work.

    Not a whole lot yet. But it's almost lunch time, I'm going to make reservations so we can spend the weekend in the Methow Valley and do some rafting on one of the rivers. We've only got one car available so I'll drive us up the river 10 or 15 miles, leave a bike at the hotel, float back to our home away from home, and ride up to get the car.

    I killed a mouse. It was satisfyingly awesome.
    My 12 year old saw him the other day and named him Deadmau5 after her favorite DJ. She wanted to set up a tiny turntable DJ booth up next to him once I caught him.
