OP, weight loss isn't about getting your calories as low as possible, it's about sustaining a calorie deficit for a long period of time. Depending on how much you'd like to lose, it could take you a year (or more) to lose it. Burnout is a concern. It's much better to start off slow and let yourself adjust. There's nothing wrong with starting out with a goal of 0.5 or 1 pounds per week, then increasing your rate of loss later on.0

Thank you for all of the responses. I am NOT tracking my exercise at this time, I figured I would lose faster if I did not. Out of sight out of mind? Although possible to stay at 1200, looks like there are lot of variables. I just need to play around with the numbers until I find what works for me. Thanks again, all!!
