How is this protein powder as a meal replacement or supplement? I have a hard time getting enough protein.

    It's one of my favorite protein powders. I use the zero carb vanilla or cookies and cream and blend it with the almond milk and ice. It's excellent.

    Is it nutritional enough as a stand alone meal replacement?
