Fitbit not syncing

My firbit wont sync and i tried to reinstall an uninstalled the apps. It won't even let me disconnect Fitbit from MyFitnessPal. Everything is updated. I email customer service a few days ago. I haven't heard anything yet. This has been going on for a few months now. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Have you tried to reset your Fitbit? There are a couple of different ways to do that. One is a reset/reboot that keeps all of your data and one that does a factory reset (which I'm sure you don't want). The way to do it all depends on your model. I would search for resetting your particular model and there should be something that comes up from the Fitbit support page.

    Hi, I had this problem a few days ago. I had to reboot my phone and then it synced..hope this helps.

    reset everything, uninstall, reinstall, change your mfp to track you phone steps, restart the app, switch it back to fit bit, restart the app, boil a toad with some eyes of newt, dance under a full moon, bathe in the sweat of gainz, sprinkle some pb2 on it, wait a few days, wash, rinse, repeat.
